Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (HRTC’s) –> Syndication to Investors

Our Firm has extensive and hands-on experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing projects that take advantage of the HRTC – financed rehabilitation of qualified properties.  To achieve success, we work closely with property owners, HRTC investors, and their accountants as well as with the HRTC application consultants, such as Historic Macon Foundation.  Examples of our HRTC projects are the Historic Tattnall Apartments, the Johnson Lofts, which contains the offices of NewTown Macon, and 338 Poplar Street, the new home for Historic Macon Foundation.
